Do they call it a negative motivation?! 😏 I went to clothes shop as I'm heading to a conference and Oh man! I did not like at all what I saw in the mirror 🙃 But! First, I am thankful to my body and all my efforts, for losing around 6 pounds since I started not that long ago and it is encouraging! Second, as I am getting used to my diet and life with it, I need to start working out, running etc. This will help! And third, yes, I don't look the way I want, but I am deffinitely better than even a month ago and I am getting close to my first milestone (75kg/165lb). Do you have smaller goals and rewards? I need to check what my first reward is🤩
