Just realized I can’t read the inbody report. I’m such a nerd. Added 6.2 lbs lean body mass. Dropped 9.7 lbs body fat. BMI 22%. Pbf (percent body fat) 29%. At my age under 30 is considered good but trying to lower that 29 number. Left leg 102.0% lean mass, right leg 100.9%. Left arm 94.5% and right arm 97.1%. Bmr 1408 which I don’t believe but will see down the road.
Body comp: 77.8 water, 28 dry lean mass, 43.4 body fat mass and weight with clothes 149.2. (These are all pounds)
