Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday…

Listening to dr joe again…. https://youtu.be/ta4w28IlzPE ….just happened to be his video …I don’t look to see who is on video..I just pick one to listen to….lol…they pick me…

Storms last night and again today looks like…

Not been sleeping great…I’m tired when I lay down…but I get to thinking about my success with the weight loss…and my mind wakes up again…I did get an extra hour yesterday…was meditating…but always get so relaxed..I go to sleep…lol..

Bout some mct oil…o my…it’s good in my ☕️…but when it’s gone…be using butter again..just like the taste…

Yesterday…as I went back into my 24 hour fast…no tv on..but fast food entered my mind….use to be used as a reward….each pound I loose…now it’s the natural high of what I’m accomplishing…the feeling is great…could get to be addictive…

Well…gonna weigh in…shortly….and enjoy my ☕️…get this day started…
