3 day fast winding down…..

Happy 😃 happy 😃 rainy Monday…

Stormed last night after a humid day…got wind open..but will shut before leaving room for breakfast….just in case….

Got about 3 miles yesterday…but did a better upper body workout 🏋️‍♂️ instead…and tried on white shorts I’m working into…I can wear them..but can’t fasten them..so close…incentive…not that I need that as much anymore…

Same plan..move…eat less move more…next time I see my dr….he won’t recognize me….lol…and since I don’t have an appointment…it will be couple of months…after my next blood test…

Well….sipping cup of ☕️….then gonna get my morning walk started….

You just reminded me of a pair of shorts I bought a couple of years ago that I haven't gotten into yet. Have whittled down 60 pounds in the past 11 months, but that still only puts me just below 200 pounds. Will have to lose at least another 40 to get into the shorts. Maybe by winter, LOL

What app are you using for this? Might actually have to give intermittent fasting a fair shot.

I had a resident neighbor comment on how much she could see I had lost…when I told her about water fasting..her eyes lit up..but I also suggested starting out slow..doing intermittent fasting to get use to doing with out food …I found out she’s diabetic…I told her it’s not easy…but it can be achieved over time…once you get use to i f….then water fasting is another part of it…

Yeah, I imagine it won't be easy but... thanks to my completely unintentional fast yesterday (just couldn't get myself to eat), I did lose weight! My meds require that I eat breakfast daily but I'm sitting here thinking that maybe once in a while, I gotta break that rule, ya know? lol
