Happy 😃 happy 😃 Saturday…

Been following dr joe for a few weeks…listening to this last night couple of hours before bed….. https://youtu.be/1sFegdQ_HqE.. I got really relaxed but was still awake…at the end of it..my left food felt a tingle..like a sharp tingle..like a pin stuck it…and then it was over….my eyes were hard to get to open..they was relaxed…lol….but shortly after layed down in bed…slept all night…till cell phone woke me up…..

Plans today….back to moving the body…2 days off could be 3 or more…lol…but time to get back at it…

Soaked some sun again yesterday…felt so nice…I could stay out there all day…but no potty room close by…lol

Well…coffee is almost gone…time to get walking started…
