Weighing in now for last week. It's been insanely hectic at work. I'd like to blame that on my poor performance in my weight goal this week, but that would just be naming a scapegoat. No, the point of this effort is to take ownership.

What a difference it makes when you do not record your food! I'm quite shocked really. It really does matter that you write it down. It forces you to think about it. Like they say at WW: "If you bite it, write it."

This week has been somewhat better, but again I've been lax on the recording. I've been much much better for exercise though! That's got to count for something. I even ran for 15 minutes solid out of the 40 I was on the treadmill. I felt so strong. I was at that stage once before in my fitness regime...I feel like I'm slowly waking up again. I want it so bad this time. It's got to work!

In other news, the date was fun, but little chemistry. I think perhaps "A" will just be a good friend. Can't have too many of those, eh?
