Slow and steady. Did have a couple of moments where I ate something more do because I was craving it rather than needing it. But overall didn’t let that slide into days of making stimulus choices. My goal of learning how to do pull ups is far more challenging than I expected. So will take longer than I had expected. That’s ok. I just need to restructure the plan and be patient. Trying to show my kids it’s ok to try and do hard things and have to be flexible but not give up.
