Happy 😃 happy 😃 Saturday….

Still fasting,,however..weight doest seem to come off as fast as it once did….that’s life right…lol…it is what it is…lest it’s a loss….be happy…lol..negative thoughts creeping in my mind at 6am…sipping ☕️….that is changing …lol…

Instead of riding yesterday…walked the halls….3 miles..without really trying…I remember when I first moved here…it was a challenge to do 1/2 mile…like everything…mind set…

Well….let the fasting continue….48 i…not really sure how long I’m going…my body will tell me…

My whoop…which is the app you see…my whoop vibrates on my wrist at 430am every day…some times I’m awake before…sometimes I sleep thru it…any my cell phone is set for 5am…best to wake up on your own…but sometimes you need help…since I have a sleep routine…I normally get better sleep each night…which sleep is necessary for recovery….
