Hey all. I’ve been sloppy about posting my lifts to FS, but I’m doing them.

Brought my squat up to 220 lb for 3 sets today.

Bench I kept at 167 for some form focus / plateau busting.

Brought deadlift up to 265 — likely with more exertion than is ideal, but I did 3 sets, so I think it’s fine. My back will tell me tomorrow, lol

squat:
2 x 6 @ 45
1 x 7 @ 95
1 x 6 @ 135
1 x 5 @ 180
3 x 5 @ 220 (work)

bench press:
2 x 6 @ 45
1 x 7 @ 80
1 x 6 @ 115
1 x 5 @ 145
3 x 5 @ 167 (work)

deadlift:
2 x 6 @ 135
1 x 7 @ 170
1 x 6 @ 205
1 x 5 @ 235
3 x 5 @ 265 (work)
