I feel like I did better, but boi, I very much did not calorie count on my off days. On Thursday, I went out to eat with my mom and sister, but I tried to do right. Ate salmon, mixed veggies, and roasted potatoes. On Saturday, my sister and I went to Atlanta. I totally ate poorly. 2 breakfast bowls and hashbrowns from Buccee's. Lunch, was Firehouse Sub's. And dinner was a tofu bulgogi bowl from the mall. But, I did walk 10900 steps.

I try to do right on the days I work. So, on Sunday, the scale said 221. Monday, it said 216. And today, it said 215.6. My coworkers told me it could be water weight.

I do feel like that blood pressure scare is still making me try, plus, I have a 6 month follow-up appointment with my primary soon.
