Happy 😃 happy 😃 Wednesday…

Yesterdays ride…was longer but heart rate kept lower due to flatter course over bridges…no..didn’t peddle in water…duh….lol…

Wellness nurse from my doctor showed up yesterday…lol…she came last year….but this year since my weight is coming off…if someone comes in my room..and they are overweight…especially health givers…fair game on listening to being a healthier person…and with her husband on paleo and losing weight….I took advantage of giving her insight to being healthier…she had been looking into keto..I told her about riced cauliflower and how you can make pizza or casserole with it…when she left mt room…lol…I told her I want to see loss in a month when she returns…lol….

Well….coffee is gone…need to get dressed for breakfast…
