It was a tough two weeks since my last weigh in. I struggled with what I was eating and staying away from snacks however, I was able to get in multiple walks which help me achieve my goal of losing weight. It has now been 5 months and I have lost 60 pounds which is half way to my goal of 180 pounds.

You are indeed an inspiration!! My progress has been less impressive, but I found that I am re-learning the cues my body sends me on food and portions. If offered a cookie, I am able to decline it. I have lost 5 pounds and like you I have 60 more to go. It scares me at times how much I need to lose, but you are proof that it can be done. Congratulations on 60 and sending you the determination to double that! Your post came just in time to keep me going. Thank you!!
