Down 2.7 pounds for the month. If I lose just that small amount each month, I will meet my yearly goal at the end of December. Mine is a slow plan: 160 at the end of this year, 140 by the end of next year, and 120 by the year after that. When I get to 120 I will evaluate whether or not to lose more. I look my best at 105 as I am only 4’11”, but if my bloodwork is favorable at 120, I don’t see a need to go lower. I’m hoping that the slow weight loss will make it sustainable and minimize loose skin. I am strength training in addition to cardio and yoga. We shall see…
