well well well...i joined my first challenge...a walking one, of course, to get my motor running and boost my metabolism. I love walking. I just dont do it. this challenge is for 12 weeks and just asks that you walk. im lucky that my apartments have a tiny gym with 2 treadmills and a decent weight lifting thingy so i can start that too when im ready. tonight i went for a 26 minute walk even though it was quite warm (i hate getting sweaty lol) but i did it and now i can tell the world. lol
