@Lady Yep, 6 weeks. Thanks! If you read below, I put those emojis on there because that is how I felt about the pic & myself. I can't delete them. This pic was taken at a party and was posted on FB. It was the first time that I had really "saw myself" in a long time bc I hate pics. This was the final straw, and it was when I became determined to make a change. The yellow dress lady is DRANKING!!! 🤣

Someone i love very very much wont allow a picture of themselves below the neck. Ive talked to this person many times about what they are doing to themselves to the point i now walk on eggshells to NOT say anything that has to do with nutrition, food choices, exercise, clothing or photos. I feel like if that person would look at the scale and a full size picture of themselves it might shock them into trying to get healthy. Im scared of what’s happening. The picture is really what did it for you zenus? I know I wouldn’t let pics of myself if i could help it either when i was obese.

YOH yep! I would never allow pics bc I knew I was overweight & hated it. I just didn't know I was THAT obese, even looking at the number on the scale. The pic was taken & posted to FB without my knowledge. I only saw it the next day on FB. It was taken & posted by the same in-law as we discussed on a previous post.
