Got in a second workout for the road week. Trying to get started working with the templates offered on the STRONG app but need suggestions on what exercises to group together on one template. Info appreciated! 👍

Awesome! I mostly use workout plans I find on Muscle and Strength website. There are many and designed for different focus areas too like strength only, Hypertrophy only, combinations of those, dumbbell only, body weight only, barbell only, core only, splits, full body workouts, etc, etc. if you aren’t sure about your workout plan or strategy I would recommend checking it out. https://www.muscleandstrength.com
