Sorry for my silence everyone, I was super busy but also quite stressed. I am actually surprised this morning to see that I lost weight because I have been snacking against my commitment not to snack or binge on bread. but I also tried to feed my self Salad whenever possible. my sleep is not great this week either which makes the binging worse. but I am back trying one more time until I get where I want/need to be. I am forevermore grateful to.this community. hope you are all well.
