Day 35. Oatmeal, banana and egg breakfast. Got back on the horse as they say and did the 3 mile walk in 1 hour this morning. Really over did it on Sunday with the beer. I just could not get motivated yesterday for the walk. No excuses. I know how much energy that stuff sapps out of you the next day.I never really realized that before. I always thought it was all the pizza or Chinese food. One thing I did not do was to revert to old eating habits. Remember everyone if you fall off the horse get right back on! Eye on the prize!
