I'm not fooling myself, I make choices that aren't in my best interest when it comes to food. The last couple of days that I've logged information, I've just logged the information as I normally eat to set a standard so I can make changes. I'll be ready for the Biggest Loser Challenge that I signed up for.
The thing that I don't like about myself is that I start a new thing like this and I make decisions that I'm going to make changes and I'm good for 30-90 days and then I just fizzle out. Any one else out there like that? You just need the motivational pinch, the get-off-my-hind-end and just move no matter what? Other than the food that I've eaten this week, I normally eat pretty healthy, making healthy decisions, it's the whole defeating the laziness cycle! Anyone got any good suggestions to overcome that hurdle?
