All your advice is sticking with me which is great.
Yesterday, I had ice cream :( and pasta, could not resist. But today, is quinoa, eggs, and tomatoes. Though I had a box of Poke.

I am realizing through everyone's posts what it actually takes. Commitment!

I did resist buying bread at the farmers market this morning which was good. But screwed up with the Pokes.

Everyday, starting anew.

Running my own business is stressful and food is an easy cheap dopamine source .

Dopamine the hormone of "Not enough".

I will go back to where I am proud of myself.

I have no doubt.

Progress, not perfection... :-))) You will find what works for you, if you look hard enough... if you run your own business, then you already have what it takes.

Depending on the amount, you might still be within the right calorie range. That's the beauty of food tracking. Also, once your body gets used to eating a certain way, it's hard to eat things like cookie dough wrapped in cotton candy 🤢 (my BFFs pick not mine). He couldn't eat it all, so "kindly" shared with me.

@chowsr123 could not agree more. I have been experimenting with fasting and waw I don't crave sugar.. yesterday I had four slices of pizza and I was done for the day. Pretty incredible 😍 Calorie count I did when using noom last year but I need to get back to it. You are right, it helps with how much I take in. It's a journey 😉 Thanks for your support
