Happy 😃 😃 happy 😃. Tuesday…

Was watching this last night before I went to bed..about a gut that travels all over in his van.. https://youtu.be/24WjJzgGrLI. he was taking pics in Arizona …nice..watched him at farthest he could drive north into Alaska other day….

Rode yesterday..5 miles…and did upper body as well…scales are smiling at me today…

Same routine today…seems to work…if it’s working..stick with it….

Fasting for life talks about hrv..heart rate variable….. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/fasting-for-life/id1493613536 in last month mine has gone up from 31 to 35….sleep so important to weight loss….but only part of the process….
