Been having some problems regulating my moods and there’s been careless/binge eating. Spiralling out of control lately and I’m not getting my grip back. Also may be having a pity party. 💩

I feel that. been telling myself I'm getting back to it for weeks but only occasionally manage to get back in here n actually keep track of what I'm doing. the actual food I've been eating hasn't been that bad though.. I just haven't been counting calories or stepping on the scale.

you are very close to your weight goal! the last 10 lbs are the hardest. dont be discouraged 😞 you have achieved so much and can be so proud of yourself! replace that pity with pride and you are right back on track. be your own coach. what would you say to someone else who came to you with this situation? talk it thru and you will be surprised how quickly you can coach yourself to manage your own morale. when I feel a pity party starting I do this and I also set a time out for myself to wallow. but i make it later inthe day. not when I first feel like it. scheduling it for later lets me work thru it and also put a time limit on how long I wallow. usually 15 min max. then follow with deep slow breathing for 2 min and a 10 min meditation. if you put rules around your pity party you can easily get back in control of your feelings. (unless you get your thrills by breaking rules. ha ha)
