No change from last week but I wasn't exactly strict yesterday so there's that. Either way, better than gaining. Stronger in my workouts and starting to feel sore after workouts again, which had stopped (was adapting to the workouts). I'm enjoying finding new ways to challenge my body and push past previous limits. Body composition device should be arriving before the end of the week so I'm looking forward to fine tuning my numbers further. Have a great week everyone.
