Constructed another bigass Baby Bok Choy/Taco Salad... had a small taster, it was SO yum I had 2 more 'tasters'... I hate when I make something so yum, I can't resist it, I think the extra diced Habenero Pepper helped... it already had 6 diced Thai Chilies in it.
Last night I had this topped with 85g of fried Tandoori Tenderloin Pork pieces breaded in unsweetened Coconut crumbs... I'll be doing that again soon... like tonight... but this time, the Pork has been marinating in my Smoked Paprika mix, instead of my Tandoori spice mix. I would be tempted to market my mixes in small batches, but the food industry is more hoops than I feel like jumping... been there done that.

@MorticiaAddams... I do enjoy, perhaps too much LOL I seem to ere on the over side, when I portion out my serving of this salad. So 119g can easily become 140g ...oops.

That's all meat and some veggies right? Perfect. Looks delish!

@Jenjabba... it's about 60/40 meat to salad by weight... lots of Mushrooms in there too, which makes it look like more meat.
