Really went backwards from early August to now. I have been eating anything I want and without restraint. The only time I hold back is when I go to work - my lunch is healthy and small and so when I finish there is nothing else. So if I’m hungry, too bad.

Most of the time I’m not hungry, just bored. So I stopped eating chips (which I LOVE) when I lost weight back in May/June, only to start eating them again and buying them again in August. Now it has to stop. I don’t want to feel guilty. I have to get back on track.
