A very stressful and extremely busy work week resulted in +2kg. All my efforts zeroed out. I was staying hungry until late afternoon and then munching on junk food on the go. I am so upset and disappointed in myself 😭
I’ve lost 15kg on keto diet 2 years ago, and 10kg on carbs cycling 5 years ago, just never managed to maintain the results. But those methods worked. Better than the calorie deficit I’ve been trying out lately. So I need a more radical approach. Giving the carb cycling another try! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
