Happy 😃 rainy Wednesday….
No sunny skies this morning…61….windy…and thunderstorms…think it stormed most the night…and still storming….radar showing next 5 hours….could be why my right shoulder is acting up so much…was on heating pad most of yesterday….not alof of movement…a day off…yuck…lol…
Fitbit app….new look….I like it…can edit what I use the most…and see it….
2nd ☕️….and be on heating pad..lol…
Plan today…walk with sister 10 minutes in morning…10 in afternoon…her therapy with me…plus il walk some just to break up the heating pad on shoulder blade…

Have a fantastic day also! Liking the new update on the Fitbit app also. It’s right out there how many calories burning…then showing step, etc! Kudos to the support with sister👍🏼
