Happy 😃 happy 😃 Wednesday….

Yesterday….after .5 miles…I knew my legs just wasn’t up to doing a 4-5 mile walk…after lunch as I looked at my trainer…I decided a ride would be a difficult workout for a change…I picked a hill…and knew that 715 feet in elevation would be a good challenge….it was…at 471…. I decided I had enough…not a lot of Nile’s rode…but a nice hill workout…still a leg workout for sure…definitely a great nite of sleep…was to tired to take that cold shower …but I took it….an hour before it was time to go to bed I was fallin asleep already…

Facility took my weight and blood pressure yesterday…I’m working on lowering it all for next month…always a challenge…only way to keep life interesting…

Need to close this…have my first ☕️…mmmmmmm…

Ordered some new underwire from Amazon yesterday…got tired of pulling them up…mid section loss….a nsv….one size down…success….
