Diana thank you for saying so but it’s been frustrating for me. When i was fit at 145-150 pounds 9 years ago my waist was 24” now it is a little over 27”. I thought i would get it back but it’s not happening. I know that is very shallow of me but my whole life i was so curvy and i feel like i look like a stick now😂. We are always so hard on ourselves aren’t we?

YOH, 27" is a small waist You look amazing and I understand as we are both hard on ourselves but trust me you look great. You don't want to be too skinny. Keep perspective and love yourself!

Sweet Diana i DO love myself!! Took me about 58 years to be able to say that but i finally got there. It’s the immature childish side of me…you know, refusing to acknowledge that im an ACTUAL grown up just based on my birth year alone (1963). Work in progress my friend, work in progress🥰
