I tore the R meniscus in my R knee *good *and *proper (!) yesterday morning, and will need orthotic repair as soon as it can be arranged. (I still expect a wait time of weeks or months.) I’ve decided to take the wait time to get super serious about losing some additional weight; it’s necessary anyway and will help my recovery. It was an unhappy eye opener. But an eye opener nonetheless! 😏

Aww I'm sorry, that's a real bummer! I've had 3 knee surgeries. Just do all you can with PT and make sure they give you homework! Some PT places suck these days. You'll heal well. Yup. A wakeup call. I had mine last year. I hope you have some help too.

Sorry about your injury. Wakeup calls are blessings, though. It usually takes something traumatic to nudge us toward recovery.
