Having lost all of 20 this last six months, I seem to be stuck just 8 from my goal; I surmise my dietitian correct (continue cycling daily but lower calorie intake 1k) Dam, I have to eat like a bird? Hydrate hydrate and hydrate! No sugared/ Grrrr-0wl
