Did I mention how wonderful my wife is lately? She's a pasta and rice addict, however, since I've been working to lose weight, pasta and rice is almost non-existent in our home.. and last night, she made an amazing Nicoise Salad for dinner.. less than 700 calories and delicious.
She's a keeper for sure!
