Ok update from idk what year...this Feb. I was transferred from the Business Office to the Youth dept. which means kids, fun, and LOTS of fast food and of course PIZZA!! We go out to eat every Wednesday after church at at a fast food place...this week was Taco Bell, last week was Whataburger...and we have pizza, chips, cokes, hot dogs pretty much every Sunday...! I'm such a good and haven't been disciplined at all in my eating and working out has been a joke!! I really need to get back on track. I have noooo motivation to work out :/ I have problems running and am sooo bored of the machines. I realize I'm just hiding under all these excuses..! But I initially joined this site when I was at my heaviest weight of 160. Five years later I'm 167!! I really need to get my but in gear! I realize the work it's gonna take and honestlt im just being lazy about it.. All your help and support is appreciated!
