I don't feel at all like I ate that much today. If this is how much I can eat daily, it's going to be difficult for me, to say the least.

I didn't really have a "meal". I worked 16 hours today, and I was very deliberate in what I brought to work with me. My dinner consisted of 2 tomatoes and a piece of cheese!

I ate more than I usually do in the morning, as I typically will only eat 1/2 a bagel for breakfast, and today I ate a full one, knowing that I wasn't going to be cooking today.

Wow.

Eye opener. Is this really what 1515 calories looks like? Then on a typical day I am probably eating about 2500 calories. It's a wonder that I am not much heavier than I am, but this is probably why I cannot lose my baby weight from 8 years ago!!!
