I have been binging today too Nadia, I had 2 breakfasts as I felt so hungry! had a bit of a peanut butter frenzied too. I think the temperature change has just got to me. going to try porridge tomorrow to see if a hot breakfast helps me to just eat 1! Hope tomorrow is a better day for you xx
