I would truly like to know if I am the single person to discover that each month offers two (2) pounds lost as steadfast and permanent; it took a year of serious commitment to define 2 each month my safe and sensible target. 2x12 equals 24 lbs my loss ratio on the yearly bias - that’s an equivalent weight for four (4) gallons of water.
My 6’ 2” frame shall shed another 20 with 2024; BMI normal, not over weight, and fit (the goal). Go go slow!
