Sorry guys, I didn't get out the Daily Accountability Challenge #48 invitations out until just now, and it starts tomorrow. The good news is you have until the end of tomorrow to sign up. Just went ahead and set up #49 and #50, too, so you can go ahead and sign up for them ahead of time like many people do. I'll try to do better!
I'm thinking about actually doing my own challenge this week! I'd like to get in 48 ounces of water a day, increase my exercise and activity, of course I ALWAYS do "If You Bite It, Write It," and I think I'll try to get in at least 20 grams of Fiber a day. Not going to tackle the Carbs or Fat minis, because I'm not doing Keto anymore, but I support all of you who do!
Again, I apologize for not sending out the invitations - I know many of you are trying to get back on track after the Thanksgiving holiday. Kudos to the 17 of you who had already signed up without an invitation! Good initiative-taking!
