I love that I'm bored, and that I don't have to worry about getting my workout in, such a great feeling. I did Ramp It Up this afternoon, and then Walk Away the Pounds and I'm pretty much for the day unless I get a sudden urge to do something else. It's funny b/c I thought I was going to have another day of stomach issues after walking the dog, but after I did my workout my stomach was fine. I'm hoping that I've lost whatever water weight I was holding onto while I had my period this week. I know I should know better than to stand on the scale, but apparently I like to torture myself.
