I’ve been a bit loose on my food intake lately. For a while actually. An overall gain of about 5 pounds tells me that. That being said, I was treated to an Apple Watch and discovered apple fitness + and all I can say is OMG! This is amazing, I like this so much! I’m doing kickboxing, Pilates, meditation and of course some cycling. I love having access to this and know exercise doesn’t mean weight loss, but it feels good knowing that I’m still taking care of myself. I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the beginning of the holidays.
