Mondays are hard for me, I didn’t work out but still tracked my calories and did great on my steps today. I will makeup the missed workout tomorrow. I also forgot to weigh myself but my goal this month is just to workout three times a week for an hour and track my meals. I just want to start forming good habits this month. I really I want to dive in January but still just build up. My husband always says I go all in too fast and that’s why I haven’t succeeded in my goals in the past.
