Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday…

Another fast week…yesterdays snow was gone by noon..it’s snowing again..but smaller flakes..less on ground..it will be gone by noon if not sooner…my kind of snow…

Nice to see snow falling..makes it seem more like winter…

Rode yesterday…so resistance bands today…one of the nurses here told me she had started doing counter push ups..and told me how when she started..she was surprised..at how due had no muscle build up like she thought…she’s also doing squats…and her treadmill…she runs in summer months…before I came here…she was a different person…she’s changed a lot since…not saying it was me….but she’s seen me change as well…

Time for some ☕️…get this day started…
