Diary entry.

Another year another fresh start thankfully Ive built some habits in 2023 to come into this year with.

Aim: do 30 mins exercise 5/6 times a week.
From now until 29/04 dont eat sweet shit. It is the single most damaging thing holding me back.

That is SIMPLE but I know those two things alone will atleast get me to 15 kg down end April.
Come back to this when you lose motivation. Things get too much. 30 min a day is the least you can do for yourself daily and the rewards are beyond physical.
You can do this. It is simple. it is basic. Consistency will bring results. Be focused and disciplined.
