Doug, my boss, told Aubree and I we can use the treadmill in the back room. So we did. The weather is iffy for acouple days so good to stay in. I had never been on a treadmill before today. Set it on 15 mins, 3mph and did .75 miles. Feeling the burn in my calves. It is thundering so staying in and walking some more.
