Went out for tepanyaki last night only meal of the day and got chicken yakiisoba (plus 2 protein muffins and one coffee) small miso soup and egg fried rice so pretty sure this is all sodium as i used a ton of soy sauce and only ate not even half….nearly 3 pounds. Is that a thing? Been so careful with sodium but after funeral a bunch of us went out to eat and i set aside my caution for the night and probably today as well since i brought the other half home.

RPL-and today was 138.00 so either my metabolism is on strike or took a couple days off or sodium. Gummy at 133 a couple days ago i know that was too low and yet when i see 137+ i get a mild panic. Omg. Would so love to have a normal healthy brain where the scale is concerned. Discovered gluten free steel cut oats yesterday. Totally different from Quaker Oats. Kind of liked it but didnt think to look and see if the calories were higher and sodium etc. have a sweet day my friend.

Oh gosh it can be so frustrating! I swear our bodies do rebel against us! I have never tried the gluten free steel oats but I do buy a Bariwise brown sugar oatmeal that I mix one packet w/ 1/2 C. almond milk, let it sit over night and then heat it up the next morning and add 1/4 blueberries. I like that on the mornings of workout days and then a banana right before lfiting. Keep at it and it may just take a few days or 1 week and then I think it will drop. I bought Dr. James Dinicolantonio's book on the Obesity Fix because I like following him on Instagram. I tried the Protein Sparing Modified Fast for a few days. He has some interesting ideas on changing things up but he always priortizes protein.

Yearofhealth, is that a Great P?? I have a GP rescue. She's my BFF. She doesn't listen to a word I say, but that 90 lb dog lets my little 30 lb grandbaby boss her around. 🤣 Love my Heidi!! ❤️ I'm so sorry for your loss. 😢 I am glad you found a home for the kitties. 🐈

Gigidunaway-no he is an English cream golden retriever. His daddy was a champion from Serbia if you can believe that (we are in the western part of the US) so thats very hoity-toity😂. He actually does listen to me and he is so sweet it would make even the hardest heart melt. I tell him to open the back door to let my little guy in and he will lumber up from his sleep to go open the back door and flop down and go right back to sleep. I love my big Sawyer (and i love my little Bandit). Hug your Heidi1🥰. Thank you for the condolences and i am also so grateful we found a home for the kitties. My neighbor actually found this great home for me but i am incredibly grateful it was only a few days after i started making posts and phone calls. God is good and prayers were answered.
