We went to a Halloween dinner party last night. I had some of most everything, but not a lot of the many wonderful foods. Still I realized that what I ate was enough to make me feel over full. This is a feeling I used to tolerate quite easily but not any more. I hope I do better during the Thanksgiving dinner I will be hosting later this month. Happy November to all of my FS buddies. May you meet your challenges with strength and resolve to resist all temptations easily.
