Ha, I know right?? I just didnt feel like any protein tonight. Have had heartburn past couple days, so didnt want the fat. Sounds like a good day to me. Sometimes its good to take a day to just rest your mind as well as your body. Hope you can get some sleep tonight! Im off to watch something on tv. Have a good night!
