It’s amazing what one week will do to your weight if you aren’t monitoring it closely. I normally count calories but I thought I could eyeball it. It didn’t work.

It could just be some water retention from too much sodium. But it's a great thing you're acknowledging this at a couple lbs gain instead of 10, 20, or more. We all stray here and there. It's just a matter of consistency over time. You can do this!
