really slipped this weekend, I'm not even weighing in till I get back under control... but on the bright side, today I discovered "couch to 5k" and started that! 20 minutes 3x a week does not sound too scary. Already I'm looking forward to my next session, which isn't till Tuesday. Between now and then I pledge to eat lots of carrots and drink lots of water.
