I have a dr appointment Monday so I’m waiting until then to see if I have lost any weight, really hoping it works this time since I’ve been logging everything and started using this app about a month ago. I’m eating healthier and I have been exercising daily, I started exercising in September daily just small amounts of cardio at first but have become more serious lately with everything. 🤞🏻
