agh, gotta still try and regroup, looked at my month averages, and my carbs have been slowly climbing, gotta drop those down to try and average 120 a month instead of the 170 average now, and thusly get my protiens and fats up and cals down, average almost 2k. when i was losing like i wanted i was averaging 1600 to 1800 a month. gahhhhhhh. this is killing me.

Mid-November, 4 days in South Beach celebrating boyfriend birthday. Thanksgiving last week. Christmas soon here. Got back to tracking yesterday. My strategy for getting through holidays is to keep tracking as much as I can, eat reasonably when not tracking (listen to my stomach when it says I am almost full now!) and not beat myself up too bad if I don't lose. Holiday survival is tricky. But I also like to remember the ole motto, "nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!"
